|Project Manager II|
Responsible to oversee the user testing for the various TMS applications to ensure that delivered functionality meets the requirements of the business needs for US/CA.
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
•Manage tester team (not direct reports) to ensure timely completion and logging of issues.
•Develop test cases and test plans.
•Work with the training department to update the manuals as needed.
•Participate in project conference calls.
•Document user acceptance testing.
•Compile all reported system problems.
•Follow up on issues and resolutions.
•Close cooperation with product management/finance or other groups to ensure testing is properly performed and reported on
•Accountable to provide consistent and timely testing results.
Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required for Position:
•Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
•Generally prefer 2-4 years of related supervisory experience.
•Strong computer, communication, and problem solving skills required.
•Knowledge of freight forwarding and iforwarding functions preferred.
